Mein Favorit ist eindeutig Martins Hut. Danach kommt gleich die Burger Queen.
My favorite is the first one with the pink and red hat. She looks so small and a bit Finnish in it, since Finnish babies tend to have exactly that kind of winter clothes which are always too big. You keep seeing babies who have practically disappeared into their winter gear because the overalls and hats are so large. Especially the hats tend to fall over the eyes so that most of the time the poor babies can't see anything.
I'm so waiting for April! I miss you!
that's funny! I like that one very much as well. And in fact it really is too big and she keeps seeing with only one eye cause for some weird reason the hat alwaysdrops only on one side :-)
I have to admit that I'm somewhat proud of all the finnish hats ands mittens and I keep telling everyone that we got them from Saras finnish grandparents.
On sunday we'll have Saras childrens blessing (?) its somewhat like the ristiäiset, but without water. Well, because we think that youshould only have yourself baptised after you decided yourself that you do believe in Jesus. . Well, its anyway going to be nothing really big, just all the grandparents and one aunt and 2 uncles and the godparents. But I guess there'll be some pictures afterwards.
